Company phone updated to iOS 11 and now can not access AiMiDesk any longer. You seriously need to keep software updated with the current iOS.

My suggestion would be for the designers to spend a day in the field using this in a real world scenario of high volume, multiple building and location work orders. If they have done this, they are much more patient, with more time to lose and more technologically advanced than the average field technician using AiMiDesk. My advice ,if the designers are not able to do that is this: focus on the who, what when and where for each work order. The other tidbit would be to work on a new idesk look and some GUI screens. Buttons are nice, prearranged priority is good and make the communication tools we have work to the users advantage by bringing attention to the surface. I.e. if the job has notes make a flag show up on the first point of contact with the link. The core of aim/ idesk does to make enough effort to aide communication in a hassle free manner. Telling someone that a note may exist sometimes is not enough to make them check for it every time.

Great interface for real time updates in your AiM system from the people in the field doing the work. Streamlines your work process and gives your shop people a hands on tool that is not only a reference tool for work, but can be used to update ongoing work, capture time, and (what I think is the coolest feature) gives you the ability to instantly take a picture at a job site and attach it to an existing work order as a related document. A must have for AiM Customers!!
