Follow these steps to resolve intermittent UM Meteo app issues:

Force Stop the UM Meteo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click UM Meteo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update UM Meteo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UM Meteo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "UM Meteo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch UM Meteo.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
