Having the current rule with its comments is so much better for me. Our book has the old wording next to the new ( great for people that are used to the old wording but this is my first exposure) and the comments separated and at the end of the book. This resource makes finding and understanding the rules much easier.

Great Resource

Very useful app. Only glitch seems to be the rotation. It can be rather tricky to get the screen to rotate in FederalRulesofEvidenceLawStacksFRE and stay that way coming in and out of FederalRulesofEvidenceLawStacksFRE . Other apps don't have this issue (i.e. they remember their last setting).

An excellent app for any attorney or aspiring criminal

Although this only covers the Federal Rules of Evidence, most states adopt similar rules and organization. FederalRulesofEvidenceLawStacksFRE is useful for both civil and criminal attorneys, and even petitioners and those considering filing a small claims case. Definitely worthwhile for those interested in law.

Great!

This is an invaluable resource, which is easy to use. It's so much better than flipping through a hard copy between committee notes just to find the rule. Great App!

Fast, accurate, and well organized

Using it instead of the paper supplement in class.

Thank God for the search function

Because I'd be pretty unhappy without it. Really helpful for my evidence class!

One-Stop Shop for Everything FRE

Has the rules plus advisory committee notes, legislative history. Great ap. Well organized. It's all you need!

Very Helpful, but room for improvement

Love the searching function, but how about giving us the ability to highlight, like in iBooks?

By

Great resource

A great tool, and very easy to navigate. The highlighting and note making features are especially useful.

Love it

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it doesn't include Advisory Comments like the FRCP app does. Still highly recommended for trial use in combo with WestlawNext app.

Great app but maybe it's time to update the rules ...

FederalRulesofEvidenceLawStacksFRE is very useful but the rules are based on an outdated data file from the end of 2011. Please update with the latest rule revisions.

Great for the classroom

I am a 2L taking evidence and FederalRulesofEvidenceLawStacksFRE is working wonderfully in my studies. The committee notes and easy navigation make this invaluable.

Awesome

And, if you think ANY OF ONE IS GOOD UPGRADE IT WHERE POSSIBLE.

YOU MAY NEED A FIRM ON HAND, but better is a certainty of having a FIRM HANDLE ON THE LAW READ THE ONE ON PATENTS; FYI: I never heard of the guys previously they launched liked "KAPOW' and where you are at they have an app for that, lit.
