How to fix Quakes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Quakes app on iPhone
Update Quakes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Quakes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Quakes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Quakes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Quakes app issues:

Force Stop the Quakes App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Quakes app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Quakes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Quakes App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Quakes app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Quakes.

Fix Quakes unable to contact server/ Quakes internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Quakes » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Quakes » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Quakes on android.
