How to fix CPHI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CPHI app on iPhone
Update CPHI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CPHI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CPHI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CPHI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix CPHI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CPHI app issues:

Force Stop the CPHI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CPHI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CPHI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CPHI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CPHI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CPHI.

Fix CPHI unable to contact server/ CPHI internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CPHI » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CPHI » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CPHI on android.
