How to fix ACEP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ACEP app on iPhone
Update ACEP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ACEP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ACEP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ACEP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix ACEP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ACEP app issues:

Force Stop the ACEP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ACEP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ACEP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ACEP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ACEP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ACEP.

Fix ACEP unable to contact server/ ACEP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ACEP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ACEP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ACEP on android.
