Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GITEX Plus app issues:

Force Stop the GITEX Plus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GITEX Plus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GITEX Plus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GITEX Plus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GITEX Plus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GITEX Plus.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GITEX Plus » "Force Stop".

Again, got GITEX Plus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
