How to fix SnapCast app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SnapCast app on iPhone
Update SnapCast app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SnapCast iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SnapCast on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SnapCast network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SnapCast not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SnapCast app issues:

Force Stop the SnapCast App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SnapCast app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SnapCast to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SnapCast App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SnapCast app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SnapCast.

Fix SnapCast unable to contact server/ SnapCast internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SnapCast » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SnapCast » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SnapCast on android.
