Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SEC INTERACTIVE app issues:

Force Stop the SEC INTERACTIVE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SEC INTERACTIVE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SEC INTERACTIVE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SEC INTERACTIVE App Cache and Data:
