On 11/05/23, I had tried VPN and I could not connect to a server in the United States. At that time I asked to cancel my subscription through VPN . An email requesting cancel was sent. I am now being billed twice for VPN. Please refund my money from 11/5 and now.

I tried VPN to let my wife watch an NFL game that can’t be streamed to our location. I was surprised to see that VPN didn’t connect successfully to the one server in the United States. I had hoped to see sever server locations in the US at different cities.

Dosen’t reflect my needs. Forgot why uninstalled it after first try. On second try charged me with weekly subscription of 6 usd which is too high for this kind of app and for being slow.

I connected to the this app and my internet speed noticeably went down I couldn’t even load a webpage after I deleted the this app my internet went back to normal so basically if you don’t pay for the subscription you won’t be able to use the internet
