*If you use a Reduced Fare ID Card, you must first visit the this app Transit Store (located in downtown Austin at 209 W 9th St, open weekdays 8:30 a. m. - 4:30 p. m. ) to have a this app representative activate the reduced fare purchasing option on CapMetro . 
If you are a this app Access (paratransit) customer, you can register to purchase this app Access passes on CapMetro by calling 512-389-7501.  The official this app App offers public transportation riders in Austin and surrounding areas trip-planning tools, fare purchasing, real-time departure information, service alerts, schedules and maps and other great features that make riding easy.  Eligible customers can also use this app Access and Reduced Fares*. 
- The Trip Planner feature plans a customized itinerary based on your starting and ending locations.  Whether you're at home or on transit, just pull up CapMetro to access the Trip Planner and easily buy passes. 
 CapMetro requires iOS 11 or higher.  Our latest update includes a virtual card called AMP that provides riders the savings of a daily or monthly pass without paying the full cost up-front.  We recommend using iOS 12 to take advantage of all CapMetro features.
