Lacks any basic feature you’d expect a fantasy football app to have. You receive players who are injured and on BYE weeks, with no way to replace them after the first game of the slate starts. The leaderboards don’t work. The scoring is opaque and incoherent. There’s no acknowledgment anywhere that everything is broken, but they’re happy to take your money in a monthly subscription anyway. The foundational idea is sound, and I’d love to play a fantasy app like this, but it’s just too early for UltimateFanUSA. Devs, can we expect it to be fixed? Can early users be compensated for this awful experience when UltimateFanUSA is actually good? I hope you figure it out, there’s the seed of something really great here!

Fun I enjoyed playing the game itself, but I had won a week and was led to believe I would get a $50 prize, however as time went on I received no email with instructions on how to receive the prize. I then reached out letting them know, and the customer service person replied saying “they did not see my name on the leaderboard”. When I replied again with screenshots of my score saying that I won a $50 prize, the same guy said that “I didn’t score enough” and that “if I would have won the prize, I would have automatically received it”

The premise is nice, but if you can’t receive your reward for winning what’s the point

I never write reviews for literally anything, but UltimateFanUSA has a lot of potential. The Devs really need to work on players who are either on IR, Covid or other injuries. I understand it’s a Free app and that’s why I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt but it’s very buggy and issues like this should be fixed.

I discovered UltimateFanUSA looking for a new fantasy football game style game to play. Am I amazed.. not only are packs free each week but you get a chance to win free gift cards! How can you hate on that? Free money is the best money

I really like this game so far I have a very good team I have not got to where I can win the free gift card yet but I still think that overall this is a amazing game

It didn’t seem like the game keeps up with the league very well…

Disappointing to open packs with players on IR or out of the league.

Also scoring is weird for games not on Sunday/Monday

I downloaded this a few weeks ago and I think it is an AMAZING replica of fantasy football which is perfect for the playoffs

The game starts you out with players who are hurt or who are just trash. They promise you free packs weekly but everyone I know with UltimateFanUSA is yet to receive one. Just tells you “please wait” every week yet never give it to you. U less you got a bunch of $ to waste this isnt UltimateFanUSA for you

UltimateFanUSA was cool for about 5 minutes until I spent money to get the subscription & my pack still hasn’t loaded since Tuesday. Also reached out to the team multiple times & got no reply.

It’s a fun app and a cool concept and idea but if you expect to get money, you won’t. I finished 3rd during the Super Bowl event for a supposedly $200 gift card and I haven’t heard anything and it’s mid March now.

If WUW loves it, I’m gonna love it. Great app. Hawks by a mill!

Glaring issues in UltimateFanUSA, not worth a download and certainly not worth paying for a subscription. Inconsistent scoring errors, lack of functionality, a good chance your pack of players will contain someone who suffered a season ending injury or someone who sits 5th on the depth chart, I tried several times to set-up push notifications and even that was broken.
