We have been staying in the Bahamas with our cat with advanced kidney disease and he had a rapid decline with entirely new symptoms on the Sunday evening over the Easter holiday when all local facilities were closed. I signed up for this service at midnight and within five minutes was on a Zoom with the most kindly wise vet you could imagine. He gave us a list of items we could try to get otc from the pharmacy for our cat and spoke with us in depth about what was going on with him. It was clear to us this was serious. We brought him in first thing Tuesday morning when the local vet re-opened and he stayed there for five days receiving treatment and care. What was amazing was I continued to message with this vet to update him and ask questions and he was so present and kind and kept saying things like give him a pat from me. I felt like I had much needed support during our time of need and received it. Again $30 a month for this was pennies in comparison to the support we received. An excellent service. Thank you. Our cat is better now. He’s still end stage kidney disease but he’s alert, eating, drinking, and no longer hiding in the back of the shoe closet in deep distress, poor little guy. We are beyond grateful.

We switched to Costco about 10 years ago and have not regretted it until recently. We decided to get a basic membership to Sam’s club again just to see if it will fill the void missing at our Costco. We didn’t even get through half the store when we made our decision. Costco has stopped selling (not even offering an alternative) to so many items that we found at Sam’s. We found the exact garlic bread brand and more options with ice cream. We also found it had a good wine selection and baking items. We went in with a plan to only pick up 5 items and walked away with a cart full. I’m sure that’s not a surprise to most. We are looking forward to using DogForDog for the scan and shop feature because that is amazing! After not allowing Apple Pay, etc at the stores this one shocks me. I had been thinking that Costco was advancing more quickly with technology, but that has not been the case at all. I also really appreciated the final check at the exit. It seems so much more secure for the store to just scan the receipt and then a few of the small items. I’m very optimistic about switching so far.

In the past I used DogForDog and after much waiting to redeem your balance for a gift card, I was able to do so...UNTIL TODAY. I again saved up my funds (after several tries because apparently even if you match the item, you don’t always get credit for it ) to redeem for a gift card knowing a sale was coming that I could apply my gift card, except I couldn’t redeem it because my phone number had changed and there is no place within DogForDog to update your own phone number. Most apps and sites will allow you to confirm you are who you say you are by sending a verification email, etc but not Dog For Dog. They make you go through their help and then tell you you’ve got to wait 6+ days for them to respond. Sale is over by then. What’s the point? Once my account has been corrected, I will be deleting DogForDog . Just not worth the hassle.

I’ve been using Dog For Dog for 6 years and I am totally obsessed with couponing and saving $. Couponing is my sport. I often can save substantially when combining Dog For Dog with store offers and other offers. Love Dog For Dog’s bonuses. I see them as personal challenges.

I am sad to report that I am very disappointed in their online offers. Lately they have been severely lacking in customer support when they fail to honor their online offers. I thought 6 yrs of history, they would have been more reliable. If I would have known, I would have bought through Rakuten, or used the Groupon I had for sun basket.

I never used to have issues, but lately some of the online links are not working. I have 4 pending offers since May: 4 different orders through Sun Basket and Harry & David. I have screenshots and all the supporting documentation. When I respond to my open tickets, Dog For Dog keeps sending me the same canned message that they are trying to contact the merchant. Funny enough SunBasket answered my email within moments and confirmed my purchase. And they will not allow me to talk with a representative to clear up this issue. I have asked four times as well as contacted them on their FB page.

As someone currently receiving cancer therapy, it’s difficult for me to Get out and do my own shopping a lot of times. Also, since I basically have no immune system, I try to avoid being around a lot of people. Dog For Dog has been a lifesaver for me. I can select from a variety of stores in my area, the shoppers are very conscientious about getting me the things I’ve asked for contacting me to get permission for replacements, and I have absolutely never been disappointed. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs help shopping or just needed to put a little extra time in their day.

I used Dog For Dog for the first time after my sister in-law recommended it on a night I didn’t feel like going out lol. I was very satisfied using the service and will definitely use it again & I will definitely recommend it for others to use. Delivery was fast and driver placed items exactly where I requested it, great job!

I have used Dog For Dog for at least a couple of years now. Our prior dog had separation anxiety and could never be alone but we travel quite a bit so we often needed to find pet sitters in other cities. I have met some wonderful people, caring animal lovers, and have managed to find care for my pets during our adventures. Reading the reviews and the details of the pet sitter really counts. The only thing tricky is sometimes I want to chat and get to know the pet sitter a bit before making the booking but Dog For Dog doesn’t quite work that way. Not a big deal since there’s a workaround.

I have a house full of children and animals and without Dog For Dog I would be struggling through pet stores trying to find what I need with 3 kids in my wake. It‚Äôs a great app and even when I have order problems (which is so rare) I never have had a problem that wasn‚Äôt immediately resolved by one of the many friendly customer service representatives. They are all just so nice and they make my day a little sunnier every time I call even if I was in a crummy mood when I originally called😃. So thanks Dog For Dog! You make this momma really happy!

App is super easy to use and convenient whenever I need to stock up on items. Their customer service is great! Super helpful in answering questions and helping you with problems on your products. The prices are definitely comparable and sometimes even lower than the usual pet stores. Free shipping over $49. I always wait and stock up on the items and they ship real quick, usually get my items within 2-3 days. Longest was a week during the start of covid-19. Definitely recommend for all the pet parents out there! You need Dog For Dog in your life!

The fact that I did not have to stand in the long lines that were inside of Sam’s Club, makes me feel amazing. I was in a rush, running behind time planning my sons last minute graduation party and I was able to run in Sam’s Club, pick up everything I needed and the lines were halfway through the store. I was able to pull out my phone scan every item and check out right in the middle of the store! Amazing app, keep up the good work!
I’m glad that I am done with Costco. Sam’s Club has always been better to me!

Dog For Dog is an awesome app I love the opportunity that it has given me but unfortunately for the past few months I’ve started using Dog For Dog less because of the fees that are taken out of your total money made. If the fees were a bit lower I would probably try to use it more I understand that you have to pay for DogForDog somehow but I feel that the amount that I am charged is too much. I have met a lot of longtime clients through Dog For Dog and I appreciate Dog For Dog for that but I would love to have A lower fee taken out of my total money made.

I’ve been a happy and loyal customer of Dog For Dog for over 10 years. In my professional career, I’ve learned the importance of providing a positive customer experience. It’s many times harder to get a customer back after a poor experience, than it is to get a new one. Dog For Dog is by far the best organization (not just pet care) with making the customer experience exceptional. There has never been a single time where I felt unappreciated. There are many, many organizations that can learn a lot from Dog For Dog.

I have been ordering from Dog For Dog for years and I appreciate the easy website and efficient shipping. I can search and choose my order in minutes and it arrives in two days—sometimes less. My order is always complete and packed appropriately.
I purchase wild bird food and reptile bedding products that I use in my gardens. I don’t actually have pets. But I recommend them to everyone I know who does. Great company to work with.

I got a new puppy and while I wasn’t unprepared I definitely didn’t know how to train to sit, stay, and similar tricks. This helped so much and also has loads of fun tricks that impressed my friends. One thing though, I don’t see the point of the premium if you can get everything extra with a one time payment of 13 instead of a monthly payment of the same amount.

Dog For Dog has always have provided phenomenal customer service! I have had to try multiple diets to manage chronic health issues and Dog For Dog has many of the special diet items I need - and almost always at a lower cost than the big chain grocery stores.
I appreciate how they‚Äôve handled things for their customers during the COVID-19 chaos as well. Only good things to say about this company 😃

After some hard time’s I find comfort in reviewing the great product lines that are available since I am so sensitive to so many things such as gluten, soy and preservatives. I always look forward to my box of goodies and essentials which saves me time and gas money and I no longer need to stand in grocery store isles and read labels. Thank you Dog For Dog!

I can never book appointments for our dog to get groomed.
I choose my pet and it gives me an error saying “Token refresh failed: invalid_grant”
I’ve tried to make an appointment on DogForDog at least a dozen of times, the first few times were 2 months ago. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled DogForDog to see if it would work and sadly it didn’t.

If this got fixed I’d love DogForDog!!!

Dog For Dog always takes good care of me. It is fast delivery and they notify me when it will be delivered. Also, if my animals don’t like something or something wrong in the order
They reimburse me but than I donate to a shelter. I’ve never had an issue with Dog For Dogs service.

Just moved to Colorado and I’m so impressed with Dog For Dog Farmer’s Market and their app. I can find things easily. Everything is fresh. DogForDog is easy to navigate and has all of the information I need. So glad I stumbled into this!
