How to fix JUICY app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the JUICY app on iPhone
Update JUICY app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JUICY iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JUICY on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JUICY network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix JUICY not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent JUICY app issues:

Force Stop the JUICY App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click JUICY app. » click "Force Stop".

Update JUICY to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JUICY App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "JUICY app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch JUICY.

Fix JUICY unable to contact server/ JUICY internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click JUICY » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got JUICY » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JUICY on android.
