Close and restart the Haul app on iPhone
Update Haul app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Haul iPhone app

Fix Haul on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Haul network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Haul app issues:

Force Stop the Haul App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Haul app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Haul to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Haul App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Haul app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Haul.

Fix Haul unable to contact server/ Haul internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Haul » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Haul » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Haul on android.
