How to fix Witch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Witch app on iPhone
Update Witch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Witch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Witch network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Witch app issues:

Force Stop the Witch App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Witch app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Witch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Witch App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Witch app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Witch.

Fix Witch unable to contact server/ Witch internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Witch » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Witch » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Witch on android.
