Close and restart the Vidion app on iPhone
Update Vidion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Vidion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Vidion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Vidion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Vidion app issues:

Force Stop the Vidion App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Vidion app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Vidion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Vidion App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Vidion app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Vidion.

Fix Vidion unable to contact server/ Vidion internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Vidion » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Vidion » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vidion on android.
