In the instructions, please clarify that parents should create the account in their name and that there is an option for adding a minor later. My kid needs the Covid test and since the setup screen says something along the lines of “This is the account you will use for Covid testing,” I used her name.

I don’t see a way to change the information in the profile after realizing my mistake.

Not very good user interface design.

I had my parents come down to campus and get a test. They requested access from me and I approved them, after which they were able to get their COVID tests. Great compatibility between Safer Community and Safer Illinois apps.

When I open SaferCommunity , there is a consent form for a study I need to agree to in order to progress. I hit the “agree” button but I get an error message saying that it failed to save my response. This happens every time I hit the agree button. So now I can’t see the status of my most recent covid test. Please fix.

SaferCommunity has already screwed me over on going to my classes at UNL, and it’s the first day. I am unable to login with my phone or email even after making an account and being logged in for 4 days. I am so happy this is a mandatory thing nowadays, yet it doesn’t work 90% of the time.

Staff at testing site was unhappy when I didn’t know where to go in SaferCommunity to check in. Thought it was the private key they wanted but that was not the case. SaferCommunity really needs to make things more clear so this doesn’t happen in the future.

I’ve had great experience using SaferCommunity . No problems experienced and get my results as expected.

It took me 15 minutes to log in the first time because it wouldn’t accept my school credentials. I had to end up using my friend’s email to even get to the home page where I could input my own information. One star doesn’t even do SaferCommunity justice.

Or let it store your login if it’s going to log you out every single time. At one of my buildings it takes forever to even load so I can type in my info. Could be good if you could fix this one thing.

SaferCommunity will arbitrarily not allow you to sign in with your school email. This is a huge issue with finding a slot in your schedule to get tested when it doesn’t let you sign in.

If you sign out, your account disappears apparently. I’m required to use this for my university and it’s so buggy that it says you need a test every other day. It’s a good idea, but it flops in application. Do no my recommend.

Too many bugs and sometimes displays the wrong information.

SaferCommunity makes me re-sign in every single time for every class that I want to go to. awful terrible do not recommend

I checked my status this morning before I went to class and I had green building status, then when I walked to class and pulled SaferCommunity up to get in, I was denied.

SaferCommunity is absolutely terrible it rarely ever works and many people have said when it does it is used to track you do not get it.

My college used this and I was denied access to class multiple times because SaferCommunity wouldn't load correctly. Would give 0/5 if I could.

SaferCommunity is so annoying. It takes forever to load and I can’t believe I have to do this. The end

Such a hassle when SaferCommunity crashes every time I need to use it

When it doesn’t load correctly all the sudden you can’t get into school buildings or school events.

Doesn’t work half the time

One day I have access the next I can’t even get logged into SaferCommunity
