How to fix Plus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Plus app on iPhone
Update Plus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Plus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Plus network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Plus app issues:

Force Stop the Plus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Plus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Plus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Plus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Plus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Plus.

Fix Plus unable to contact server/ Plus internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Plus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Plus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Plus on android.
