Close and restart the Animask app on iPhone
Update Animask app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Animask iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Animask network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Animask app issues:

Force Stop the Animask App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Animask app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Animask to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Animask App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Animask app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Animask.

Fix Animask unable to contact server/ Animask internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Animask » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Animask » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Animask on android.
