You have to pay
This app makes it seem like it is free to track a package, but when you type in your tracking number, it won't let you continue unless you pay. Why in the world would I pay to track a package when I can do it for free. So misleading Not to mention they have bots who have padded their review section to make it look like this app is good, but when you read the reviews, it is obvious they are fake.

TERRIBLE
This app is awful. First off, it automatically charged me for a yearly subscription, it didn’t offer a free trial period. Secondly, it tracked my package in the wrong location and does very poor location tracking for the other packages I ordered. You’re better off using the original track links on the FedEx, DHL, etc. websites bc this app does nothing useful.

Feels kind of scammy
First off, there’s some bug that prevents you pasting in a package ID. But once you get past that, you’re taken to a page where you have to opt in to an expensive subscription or you’re going no further. It literally will do nothing until you pay up.
