How to fix Squad app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Squad app on iPhone
Update Squad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Squad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Squad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Squad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Squad app issues:

Force Stop the Squad App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Squad app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Squad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Squad App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Squad app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Squad.

Fix Squad unable to contact server/ Squad internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Squad » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Squad » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Squad on android.
