Close and restart the NiumPay app on iPhone
Update NiumPay app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NiumPay iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NiumPay on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NiumPay network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix NiumPay not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NiumPay app issues:

Force Stop the NiumPay App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NiumPay app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NiumPay to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NiumPay App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NiumPay app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NiumPay.

Fix NiumPay unable to contact server/ NiumPay internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NiumPay » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NiumPay » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NiumPay on android.
