UltraFX - Effect Video Maker Reviews

Hello, I am trying to reach someone at this app for assistance but cannot reach anyone by text, app connection or your link to contact your company. It takes me to a Chinese site with no English assistance. I have tried everything to reach out for help but unfortunately this was my only option. UltraFX continues to kick me out when I am trying to send to my photos and as I am working on a project it will kick me out as well. I originally thought if I purchased the yearly option I wouldn’t have these problems but yes I still do. I have a brand new iPad Pro 2021, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, unpurchased and purchased again, I’ve restarted my iPad several times as well. Please, what is going on and can this be fixed. Going to cancel my subscription for fear of a bug until one of your employees can fix the issue. I don’t seem to be the only one experiencing this. Thank you.

DONT BUY! App doesn’t let you save it just kicks you out. I mean you spend hours editing your video thinking it’s going to be cool and boom you’re kicked out when wanting to save to photos. All that hard work literally WASTED. TRASH TRASH & TRASH these creators should be be ashamed but I bet they’re not it’s a simple cash grab cause it looks cool but then nothing. All that pops up is upgrade and spend more money. Purchased the Pro version and TRASH.

UltraFX is really good I love using all the other effects and FX you don’t have to pay unless you want the pro ones but still I love UltraFX!

UltraFX is a complete scam / rip off all of the effects are very low quality and don’t even work most of the time, they have a very nice looking ad but you can’t do what they did in the ad with UltraFX I’m experienced with editing and UltraFX is just not it don’t waste your time even more than you already did by reading this

I have UltraFX because of so much reason I got it today and gave us like go to adage to do on our videos everybody should go get this Appit’s so good

So, I don’t think the stickers work really well. My honest opinion I think you should add where the effects scan the body like from capcut. That could really help a lot of video editors like me- i am trying to find like a whole lot of effects that scan the body like from capcut. But other then that UltraFX is pretty cool! 😂😃😆😴😊☺️🤪

I love UltraFX I subscribed and everything it my second favorite app my first is TikTok but UltraFX is amazing you should try it and TikTok

It seems like I choose one video from my gallery and then I’m like “ okay I wanna do another video” but I can’t because it doesn’t delete my last project and there’s no option to create a new video

This is good because it help you make videos

Seems to be cool. But app closes out every 30 seconds and I keep losing the project I started. Super disappointed to pay for an app that can’t even finish one project. Maybe there will be a fix soon?

The only problem is that It is confusing but other than that it’s good

I heard a lot about UltraFX online, I’m a video editor and wanted to test it out. But everytime I try to enter UltraFX it just kicks me out to my Home Screen, hoping to see this get fixed 🙁

In the ad they have they use the song scary Garry which you can’t even use then they use the flash warning/rainbow filter which is no where to be seen! A big disappointment!!

Absolutely terrible. Doesn’t allow me to do anything like the advertisement shows. Completely unfair to me to spend this kind of money expecting to have the ability to create something cool :/
