Purchased VIP Option and it Fails
Hello, I am trying to reach someone at UltraFX for assistance but cannot reach anyone by text, app connection or your link to contact your company. It takes me to a Chinese site with no English assistance. I have tried everything to reach out for help but unfortunately this was my only option. The app continues to kick me out when I am trying to send to my photos and as I am working on a project it will kick me out as well. I originally thought if I purchased the yearly option I wouldn’t have these problems but yes I still do. I have a brand new iPad Pro 2021, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, unpurchased and purchased again, I’ve restarted my iPad several times as well. Please, what is going on and can this be fixed. Going to cancel my subscription for fear of a bug until one of your employees can fix the issue. I don’t seem to be the only one experiencing this. Thank you.

DONT BUY! App doesn’t let you save it just kicks you out. I mean you spend hours editing your video thinking it’s going to be cool and boom you’re kicked out when wanting to save to photos. All that hard work literally WASTED. TRASH TRASH & TRASH these creators should be be ashamed but I bet they’re not it’s a simple cash grab cause it looks cool but then nothing. All that pops up is upgrade and spend more money. Purchased the Pro version and TRASH.

This app is a complete scam / rip off all of the effects are very low quality and don’t even work most of the time, they have a very nice looking ad but you can’t do what they did in the ad with this app I’m experienced with editing and this app is just not it don’t waste your time even more than you already did by reading this
