Fix C.A.R.E not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent C.A.R.E app issues:

Force Stop the C.A.R.E App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click C.A.R.E app. » click "Force Stop".

Update C.A.R.E to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear C.A.R.E App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "C.A.R.E app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch C.A.R.E.

Fix C.A.R.E unable to contact server/ C.A.R.E internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click C.A.R.E » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got C.A.R.E » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch C.A.R.E on android.
