Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Falcon Rewards app issues:

Force Stop the Falcon Rewards App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Falcon Rewards app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Falcon Rewards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Falcon Rewards App Cache and Data:
