Close and restart the Traversed app on iPhone
Update Traversed app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Traversed iPhone app

To resolve Traversed network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Traversed app issues:

Force Stop the Traversed App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Traversed app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Traversed to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Traversed App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Traversed app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Traversed.

Fix Traversed unable to contact server/ Traversed internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Traversed » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Traversed » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Traversed on android.
