They need that a third party register us first in they records, which is a BIG ISSUE. The key-matching variable HAS A LOT OF MISTAKES (in this case birthday!).

This means later if YOU download TempusCOVID19 , you CANNOT REGISTER if the third party wrote wrongly your birthday. SO the final service with TempusCOVID19 DOESNT WORK!

0/100 since they cannot help you ex-post with this big mistake. Other platforms in last instances request ID to verify in the custom service step. HERE NOT! Because they don’t care about the customer

It’s exactly as the bad reviews specify. You get a text or email and you are forced to download thier app to get the results. The sign in / registration process fails w TempusCOVID19 . They have support via email. The process is remove TempusCOVID19 , restart the phone, re-add TempusCOVID19 , go to email and use activation link. This than takes you to the screen to add your new password. You do not have to accept the privacy policy to get results.

Beware the fine print. This unneeded app seeks access to all of your medical info, and asks for permission to give your personal info to unnamed, unlimited third parties. They claim you can get results without TempusCOVID19 , but this is untrue. Decline all requests, and avoid TempusCOVID19 if possible.

Institutions: please do not impose this on your staff.

I followed all instructions to activate my account and everything failed. I proceeded to delete TempusCOVID19 , reset my phone and sign out of apple and TempusCOVID19 keeps showing up on my phone and will not let me open.

The titles really says it all, but it takes forever to load if it actually does load. I know testing can take a while, but that’s not an excuse for the mobile app.

Have tried multiple times to activate. Every time I get a verification email and click the link it brings me to a “Having Trouble” web page. Useless App!

Bad app crashes all the time and doesn’t show a history of your results, only latest one

After logging in, i was locked out of TempusCOVID19 before I could receive my results. 2 tests later and I still can’t reset my password or log in. Tempus has not responded to any emails. I had to wait a week after my results were ready for another group to get me access.

TempusCOVID19 is TRASH. I received the link in an email, downloaded TempusCOVID19 , I can’t log in, can’t access my results. I’ve deleted and re downloaded TempusCOVID19 , reset my password, literally tried everything and I still am unable to log into my account. TempusCOVID19 is completely unnecessary, just give me my COVID result without making me jump through hoops.

I really do not understand why so many negative reviews about TempusCOVID19? TempusCOVID19 works great! All you have to do is create an account and use the code that was sent to you by the staff at the location of the test site where you went to get tested. Once all the info is in, TempusCOVID19 displays the status of results from your swab test. Maybe y’all are setting up TempusCOVID19 incorrectly or just don’t know how to use it! Also on older iPhones TempusCOVID19 might not load correctly but that is due to your phone being to weak to handle to all, not TempusCOVID19 ’s fault! TempusCOVID19 works great and does that it says it does. I’m not a bot or a paid individual to write this review, I am writing this review to clear up the smoke from all the bad reviewers about TempusCOVID19. Don’t listen to them. If you follow the instructions, TempusCOVID19 does what it is suppose to do, show you the results from your swab test.

None of the links work at all and it just makes you re-download TempusCOVID19 a million times and open a million browsers to get the results that you CAN ONLY GET FROM TempusCOVID19 DESPITE IT NOT FUNCTIONING. Atrocious and disgraceful to inhibit the ease of access to essential COVID testing results because someone can’t fix an issue that has been in TempusCOVID19 for weeks

All I want to do is see my results. It won’t allow me to set a password so I deleted and redownloaded TempusCOVID19 but it still won’t work. That would be fine if you could get your results on your computer but nope, they had to be cool and make it app exclusive.

Link said it expired or the account was already made several times despite neither of those things being true. When my sleep depends on knowing whether I have the rona, this is unacceptable. The question is: is this place cursed?

I recieved an email from tempus saying that my results were available in TempusCOVID19 , TempusCOVID19 only shows the results of a previous test?

The link doesn’t work in safari. I have to use Chrome.

Setting up an account and links provided don’t work. Terrible directions and then customer support is non-existent.

same problem as everyone else. So frustrating. Results were ready last Thursday (6 days ago) and I still can’t see them.

Sev 1 bug. Clicking on the activation link doesn’t activate my account. I can’t even see my results.
