They need that a third party register us first in they records, which is a BIG ISSUE. The key-matching variable HAS A LOT OF MISTAKES (in this case birthday!).

This means later if YOU download the app, you CANNOT REGISTER if the third party wrote wrongly your birthday. SO the final service with the app DOESNT WORK!

0/100 since they cannot help you ex-post with this big mistake. Other platforms in last instances request ID to verify in the custom service step. HERE NOT! Because they donโ€™t care about the customer

Itโ€™s exactly as the bad reviews specify. You get a text or email and you are forced to download thier app to get the results. The sign in / registration process fails w the app. They have support via email. The process is remove the app, restart the phone, re-add the app, go to email and use activation link. This than takes you to the screen to add your new password. You do not have to accept the privacy policy to get results.

Beware the fine print. This unneeded app seeks access to all of your medical info, and asks for permission to give your personal info to unnamed, unlimited third parties. They claim you can get results without the app, but this is untrue. Decline all requests, and avoid this app if possible.

Institutions: please do not impose this on your staff.
