Scam

Has anyone ever even gotten their stuff? I saw this app through advertisements and on the App Store it seems to have good ratings so I thought about giving it a try. I bought a few shirts and pants around 60$ worth to start with and nowhere did it say how much the shipping is. I used to shop internationally through Korea/China and the shipping is typically 30 bucks so I thought it was okay given the items were cheap. However I was shocked at the shipping price. 100dollars? And get this, they said my pj pants were 800grams? Is it made out of lead? It instantly felt like a scam to me but there’s nowhere on the website that allowed me to actually return my item so I ended up paying for the shipping. It’s been about 3 weeks now and it’s still sitting in their warehouse. I’ve contacted them several times and nothing…. Now I believe that this app is a total scam and I’ve been successfully deceived…. Update It’s been over 2 months and I have not gotten my stuff. Basically for the past 2 months it just shows that my stuff was in transit in China this whole time. I asked customer service and they were like oh it’s in transit or it’s been rejected by customs. But they refused to refund me and basically asked me to pay another 100 dollars to try and ship again. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not download please!

Do not bother with this app

I thought I’d give this a try since I saw so many adds for this. Boy was I wrong. I bought a small electronic and a small pack of snack to test out the app. The two things only added up to about 30 rmb. It wanted me to pay $40 dollars usd for shipping. Excuse me? And it only told me about this AFTER I paid the original price. And I couldn’t find anywhere in the app to return the items. So they sent it to the warehouse. I got an email yesterday from them that it was past the one month free keeping in the warehouse that they give. And now they are going to take a little amount of money from my card everyday now. Plus they said that they would only keep items in the warehouse for two months and they would cancel orders that past two months in the warehouse. Fine, one month has already passed, I’ll pay this last month. All I can expect from this app is that they’ll cancel my order after this month. Not that I can do anything about it anyways. I will come back if they keep taking money from my card after this month. Thank go I didn’t buy too much with this app. Don’t bother with comments here too. Go search on this app somewhere else. You’ll see how much people were scammed too.

False advertising! Don’t use it!

Was attracted to the ad because wanted to buy a few items from China and have them sent to the US. Did a test first by making three small orders. When all items were shipped to their storage and ready to calculate the shipping cost, it turned out the shipping fees were way more expensive than Taobao international shipping. I decided to return the orders, and the app charged hefty service fees. Even for two separate orders from the same vendor, they charged service fees twice. The worst part was the money wouldn’t be refunded to your original payment account but stored in the app account. In order for you to transfer the balance, you have to wait until Wed Beijing time. With all the time difference this is so ridiculous. When I tried to contact the online service, messages couldn’t be sent out in the app. Worst app shopping experience! Extremely disappointed! If I could give no stars or negative stars, I would definitely do it!
