How to fix WZplus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WZplus app on iPhone
Update WZplus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WZplus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WZplus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WZplus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix WZplus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WZplus app issues:

Force Stop the WZplus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WZplus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WZplus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WZplus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WZplus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WZplus.

Fix WZplus unable to contact server/ WZplus internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WZplus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WZplus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WZplus on android.
