How to fix CoTracker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CoTracker app on iPhone
Update CoTracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CoTracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CoTracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CoTracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CoTracker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CoTracker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CoTracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » CoTracker » click [Force Stop]

Update CoTracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CoTracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CoTracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CoTracker.

Fix CoTracker unable to contact server/ CoTracker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CoTracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CoTracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
