Close and restart the UpChat app on iPhone
Update UpChat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UpChat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve UpChat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix UpChat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent UpChat app issues:

Force Stop the UpChat App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click UpChat app. » click "Force Stop".

Update UpChat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UpChat App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "UpChat app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch UpChat.

Fix UpChat unable to contact server/ UpChat internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click UpChat » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got UpChat » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UpChat on android.
