Impossible to contact for help if you lost your account info, yet IRIS certainly maintains easy access to your bank account for recurring fees.

i love the content IRIS offered, i had already (accidentally) paid for the full subscription, but IRIS would sign me out every time it closed and never saved any of my downloads 🤨 thats the whole point of IRIS isn’t it, lol. i emailed them with this concern but the only difference since then is that i can’t sign in at all 🤣 it just signs me out whether i close IRIS or not. why do i have IRIS if it doesn’t work 😂 please help, fix your bugs.

Wish IRIS stored my log-in info so I didn't have to enter details every time and also lose all my downloads as I close IRIS .
Also, needs more Tim Ferriss.

I don’t read much on my phone simply because of the length of Books and the time spent looking at an iPhone screen. This is perfect for getting good insight and explanation of the book.
Similar to navals outlook on reading.
