Contact Workout Anytime Support

I downloaded this app in hopes it would help me as I have a bad knee and have to be careful working out but wanted workouts that worked. I tried to create an account with no luck. Went in to the gym and they couldn’t offer any help as everything in the computer is correct. I contacted the support team for the app with the issue. Gave my name, email , and exact store with address. I was immediately emailed back being called another name and that I don’t have an account at all and contact the store. So here we are, no app and a glowing review. If I find an app that is helpful I’ll update my review to include it for others. It shouldn’t be this hard to get an app to work.

I’ve been a member of this gym for nearly two years now and I love going after work. The TVs inside usually display an advertisement for app at least once every few minutes. I decided to try it out, so maybe my workouts could be more effective, but when I try to create my account, it tells me my credentials don’t exist.

I have absolutely nothing against this business and have been happy with its employees and the maintenance of the gym, but for the love of god, devs, if you’re going to create an app, make sure your loyal members can access it.

I have been trying to get this app to work for a month now. Im locked out and it wont unlock me unless i sign in online. Then when i sign in on the app it locks me out again. Im using the same usr and pwd for both and this is aggravating and makes no sense. It is a gym app. Why is it locking me out. Whats there to steal. This is the second app ive come across recently thats doing this new “locked out” crap and i dont like it.
