Close and restart the VIDS app on iPhone
Update VIDS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VIDS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve VIDS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VIDS app issues:

Force Stop the VIDS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VIDS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VIDS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VIDS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VIDS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VIDS.

Fix VIDS unable to contact server/ VIDS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VIDS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VIDS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VIDS on android.
