Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever NSI Pro app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix NSI Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NSI Pro app on iPhone
Update NSI Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NSI Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NSI Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NSI Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix NSI Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NSI Pro app issues:

Force Stop the NSI Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NSI Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NSI Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NSI Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NSI Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NSI Pro.

Fix NSI Pro unable to contact server/ NSI Pro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NSI Pro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NSI Pro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NSI Pro on android.
