I have personally had this app downloaded for about 8 months and it is everything you could ever want in a fitness app! Coach Blake has helped me lose over 20 pounds and get the body I have always wanted. I have trained and dieted my whole life but never achieved what I wanted until he gave me the right meal plans and exercises for me personally. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to get healthier!

This app is AMAZING!!! I’ve been a member of many gyms and had personal trainers in the past but none that used anything this easy to keep track of my progress and check in for accountability. I always had to carry around a notebook to track progress and half the time I forgot it somewhere or lost it all together. Blake Covington is a genius for developing something so user friendly. 👍🏼🏋🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️💪🏼

By far the best fitness/diet app in the game. Everything from personalized workouts to custom diet programs, and when I say custom I mean each and every macro is thought out and prescribed based on your goals.
All different priced plans, and the best supplements money can buy. Definitely happy with this app/company.
