Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mensa Balance app issues:

Force Stop the Mensa Balance App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mensa Balance app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mensa Balance to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mensa Balance App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mensa Balance app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
