Disclaimer: We don't cover the features that we know all service desk products will already have instead IT500Explore focuses on new exciting functionality that we think will improve productivity and service delivery either now or in the near future.  Not everyone will agree with our selections so only use what you like and remember product selection is not just about features, people, processes, companies and visions are part of the selection journey too.  IT500Explore is just like a notebook in your pocket to help you remember what you have seen at the early stages of product selection.  IT500Explore lets you collect, add notes and compare product feature information.  Tip: You can also manually add your existing product and run the questions against this to give you a baseline for comparison against any potential new products.  By using IT500Explore you agree that you are happy to receive a personal contact from IT500.  When you are looking at selecting a new service desk tool lots of them can look very similar.  None of the questions are mandatory so if there are features that you don't want just skip the question.  Note you will not be added to a mailing list product.
