How to fix QualAr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QualAr app on iPhone
Update QualAr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QualAr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QualAr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QualAr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix QualAr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QualAr app issues:

Force Stop the QualAr App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QualAr app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QualAr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QualAr App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QualAr app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QualAr.

Fix QualAr unable to contact server/ QualAr internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click QualAr » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got QualAr » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QualAr on android.
