Once I completed my profile I was able to see all my points from everything else from ThinkLG.

I think the other reviewers are missing that step.

Made an account at my reps request. After I try to log in it’s just a white screen. It sit for like 2 mins didn’t work.

UPDATE: ok it’s working now. Guess it was just a temporary bug. My rep was right it’s really cool!

The support people fixed me up right away.

The thinkLG website referred me to AchieveLG, as if it was the new “better” version. But it’s really POINTLESS to us people who were using think lg to earn rewards. How are we supposed to continue to earn? And what happened to the points we previously had on thinkLG? I wrote to help support, i got no response. Super annoying.

I had 196 points. I was waiting to earn 200 so I could redeem my points and now I have no way to redeem them. All my points are gone. Lg this is very unfair I really hope it’s just a temporary issue because I sell their products and this is no way to treat one of their sales rep.

Should at least come up with an easy app like the rest of cellphone industries did and doing it - it took me about 20 mins to set up the account, freezing, not finding store locations and the home tap you see all the appliances rather than the cell phones!

I downloaded AchieveLG made an account and logged in to just be met with a white screen. I really wanna utilize the trainings for my store, please help.

Leave it to Lg to make something that crashes.

LG is always interactive with those enrolled in their trainings. AchieveLG is great.

AchieveLG doesn’t even allows you to access anything . Perhaps I just created my account and used my registration code , and it just stays in a blank white page And nothing loads....

I have followed your instructions and sent you an email to get my code to activate the account. I have yet to get a response, this is annoying when think lg worked just fine....

Think LG was supposed to be a rewards center for people that sells LG products, now they totally got rid of that and never gave me the gift card I claimed with my points. I called their customer service and they were saying that there’s nothing called “Think LG” and they couldn’t find my order number, not even with my phone number, zip code or address; and every time I email them they never answer back. Total mess and bad service.
