I’ve downloaded and deleted so many apps and I love this one!! Instead of a generic/repetitive “daily horoscope” (looking at you, CoStar), Charts has a “general” section with localized info about planetary transits, aspects, etc based on where you live, along with a “me” section with the same info but applied to your personal chart and placements. I LOVE the “info” tab which breaks down your dominant signs, elements, planets, etc and provides so much insight into your chart that I have not seen from any other app. The info is super accessible and understandable, and ChartsAstrology is really beautiful and easy to use. This is an awesome app if you are into astrology and want to learn more about how to interpret birth charts and understand influences of planetary transits and aspects on your placements. It’s not going to give you a horoscope, rather it breaks down astrological movements in a way that lets you learn and understand how you will be personally influenced, which in my opinion is way more engaging and useful than a simple predictive horoscope. Love it!!!

The chart is ok, some planets/objects are on top of each other, which makes it hard to see or recognize. They could just be shown next to each other in the same radius to represent conjunction. My biggest complaint is wrong house numbers in description and reference, therefore wrong horoscope etc. i can still look at the chart and see the right location, but cannot read any aspects especially when you need to know which aspect of life it influences. For example: my Sun is in 6 house (as seen on any other chart, and it is definitely there) , it is shown on ChartsAstrology ’s chart in house 6, Aquarius, however in the description and aspects it is referred to as if it was in house 7. Not sure why they made it so misleading and wrong but I wish they could fix it.

I was referred by a friend who uses ChartsAstrology and swears by it. I got it and immediately loved it. The amount of information & attention to detail and organization just made me so happy. However upon closer examination I realized that my chart was off in some areas I triple checked my information was put in correctly (it was) then I tested a few other peoples charts in very familiar with and they had placements off too. I don’t know what algorithm is used to calculate the natal chart on ChartsAstrology but if it gets corrected then 5 ⭐️ (10⭐️ if I could) is what ChartsAstrology would get. Until then I hate to review this so low but a natal chart that’s incorrect in even one area/placement just completely change the others and that’s just unacceptable. I’m sorry I hope it gets fixed because if it does it would be perfect and I’d gladly change my review & pay any price for it.

I like ChartsAstrology and it has some additional info that some apps don’t have- particularly the info section with the graphs and percentage of dominants, but I wish I could click on this and get more info about my dominant planets, and the dominant signs, houses and every item in the “info section” tab. More info meaning what that means, how to balance them out etc.
when you click on the transits it gives you “assistance points” but you cannot click further, which would be great if there was more info as it is kind of generic, but still cool. Also in the house section it gives you a polarity for attitude and expression would be great to click further on this!
Lastly my natal north node is off, says it’s in my 9th house of Aries but really it’s in my 10th house of Taurus conjunct my MC. Everything is entered correctly I’m not sure the problem.

i really like ChartsAstrology, i just wish it was a little better. some of my information such as degrees of planets are off. it definitely needs updates, needs to be kept up with. i don’t like how you have to pay for every minor detail when you’re trying to look into a friend or family members chart. i understand it being more complex but i can’t even figure out the degrees of planets for people asking! my first go to is apps because websites are often hard to use or are very slowly loading. i study astrology daily and having ChartsAstrology be more user friendly would help so much and i’m sure that others would agree.

ChartsAstrology gives the most educational information about not just your chart, but all the components at play. You can learn about all the signs, houses, and aspects in order to fully understand what you’re reading in your own. It makes it really easy to learn the connections between them all. I downloaded dozens of apps and this one is superior for people wanting to learn about astrology and interpret their own chart without all the fluff (and fees!!!) most others add. It is worth noting that there are many different ways to have your birth chart mapped. They do offer 4 options on which sky to view. Simple and straight to the point information.

Hi so I downloaded this today and it asked for my locations. i denyed it not know it needed the location to work. but everytime i tried to turn the location on it will not show up in the settings for me. It’s like it does not exist on my phone. I’m not sure if it has to do with my phone or ChartsAstrology . I have tried turning my phone on and off and deleting and redone loading ChartsAstrology plenty of times but it won’t work and I am not sure what to do. I tried looking bio how to fix it but I cannot find anything. Also I’m just giving it a random rate because i don’t know how it really works.

Just discovered this a few days ago and it is exactly the kind of astrology app I’ve been looking for! I’ve been familiar with common terms and symbols for a few years now but could never figure out how astrologers were able to speak the “language” and form sentences based on the combination of house, sign, planet AND aspect, and ChartsAstrology teaches me to do just that. I’ve had so many issues with it. Just today, I was trying to pull up a chart for a friend and it got sun sign wrong, the moon sign was wrong. It seems like a difficult app to use at times and I thought paying for the subscription would help break it down in a way that could be understood easier. However, ChartsAstrology has deteriorated so much within the last few weeks and it feels like people are not being diligent about providing accurate charts for people. I would not recommend ChartsAstrology to anyone if you want any type of accuracy.

i checked all my placements for accuracy and they were all right!! i love the masculine/feminine feature :)

EDIT: i think the reason everyone thinks their placements r messed up is because they r looking at the transit map instead of the birth chart map (birth chart is on the tab “me”, transit map is on the tab “current”)

ChartsAstrology gave me exactly what I was looking for, an accurate chart for the sky above my head. Charts has a clean and easy to understand UI and has no ads in the free version. Amazing. There is a + version that is beyond my needs currently, but I will definitely consider subscribing if I learn more astrology in the future.

So my north node is in a cusp of Scorpio sag cusp and it said Capricorn?? Also my Neptune is in a cusp too and it said Aries. (It’s a pieses-Aquarius) and my mc is way y off and so is my Venus… also the fact that it needs to track u in order to get ur BIRTHCHART is kinda messed up… but I found a accurate website and it said 50-50 masculine and feminine while y’all say I’m 70% masculine like what? It has a lot of detail but it’s not accurate and avoids cusp signs if u have them, it also tracks u!

Every single time I check my chart on a different platform my moon is in sagittarius. For some reason ChartsAstrology states that my moon is in capricorn. I double checked that I put in my birth info correctly to ensure that everything was accurate and it was. Every other aspect of ChartsAstrology is great. I just don’t know how my moon sign wound up being different.

Most of ChartsAstrology is so great I even pay for charts+! But on the info section that lays out polarity and dominances is pretty much random. I compared my chart on two other people’s phones and was given different information on each person’s phone even though we used the same birth information. Please update!!

So i downloaded ChartsAstrology because a lot of people recommended it for me, however i can’t use it? every time it asks me for my location and i allow it ChartsAstrology stops working and tells me “location error” then lets me know it can’t give me any reading without my location. any help?

I love how we can go from tropical to sidereal but not all the houses move in the summary. For example my moon is in cancer in my 4th house but ChartsAstrology keeps saying my 3rd house so it’s not always accurate. I have screenshots. Good app just needs to fix those misinterpretations

When I first downloaded ChartsAstrology a few months back, I was so excited. The aesthetic, the interface, the explanations, 10/10. Loved it.

But recently? My chart is suddenly wrong? I can’t tell if it’s a “where you are right now” chart (which makes no sense under the “Me” “Planets” page, especially since it was right when I first downloaded it). The info I inputted is correct, but I am 100% not a rising Leo LET ALONE a Pieces moon. My sun is right, my Jupiter is right, and my Saturn is right (spoiler, they’re all Capricorn).

Extra credit if you can guess my correct signs (hint, I do NOT have water in my chart and I originally found that out through ChartsAstrology).

Please fix this.

This used to be my go to astrology app, I didn’t even mind paying money for completely access to all the features. But now my subscription is not registering. It says I’m subscribed, it’s taking my money and yet I have no access whatsoever. I’ve tried redownloading ChartsAstrology several times, subscribing and unsubscribing, and nothing. Now I’m going to have to find a new astrology app :(

I enjoy the layout and the simplicity of ChartsAstrology , however there are some bugs and aspects that are not shown. For instance I have moon sextile Jupiter with 0 degree orb and it’s not shown under the aspect list. Once more of the kinks are worked out ChartsAstrology will be excellent.

I saw someone else’s review on my same issue; the dominant planet calculation seems to be wrong. I’ve checked with multiple sources and the calculation on ChartsAstrology does not seem to add up. It is the only issue I have ran into so far, please look into this and evaluate for yourselves.

I love the idea of ChartsAstrology. I love the way it’s set up, I love the keyword descriptors, the added asteroid placements, and the ability to add others charts without having to watch a million ads. I pretty much love everything, but I see one glaring issue. The info section, where it shows the dominant planets and signs, contains incorrect information. I triple checked that the birth data was right, checked it for other charts that I know well outside of my own, and even checked with 5 other reputable sources that offer dominant planet charts. The information is simply wrong, for every persons chart I ran. Only in that section though. If they are using some alternate system that I am unaware of that might offer different results than every other resource that I can find, then they ought to explain that somewhere. If they would fix that I would change my review to a 5 star rating.

The format is cute, and the information provided is good for anyone just getting into astrology. Most astrologers charge for their interpretations of each planet / sign etc, so I’m not sure why so much is expected from a free app. Typing out detailed, accurate descriptions takes a lot of time and energy. If you need more information, look for yourself. Well done!

ChartsAstrology is great , the effects are cool & also very informative. only problem is the natal chart shows the right house but the summary describes the wrong house , other than that its great .

I wanted to love ChartsAstrology since it is so beautifully designed. I loved how creative the keyword approach to explain is, and there is so much info that doesn’t exist on other apps. However, it is wrong. Every single app and website I used shows my moon as scorpio but ChartsAstrology thinks I have a sag moon? My chart looks very different as well. I don’t know maybe they can’t process the time data properly? I wasn’t born in the US.

honestly ChartsAstrology is very underrated, it shows everything right unlike costar and makes it so much easier to understand , it’s not as confusing . 10/10

I love ChartsAstrology and recommend it to my friends, the only thing I wish it had was an add friend feature similar to other apps (but this one is my fave)

ChartsAstrology is ok, but I don’t understand why the symbols on the outside of the circle keep changing. It’s my birth chart, so why are they moving???
