Close and restart the BrandU app on iPhone
Update BrandU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BrandU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BrandU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BrandU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix BrandU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BrandU app issues:

Force Stop the BrandU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BrandU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BrandU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BrandU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BrandU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BrandU.

Fix BrandU unable to contact server/ BrandU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BrandU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BrandU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BrandU on android.
