How to fix SelfieID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SelfieID app on iPhone
Update SelfieID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SelfieID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SelfieID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SelfieID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SelfieID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SelfieID app issues:

Force Stop the SelfieID App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SelfieID app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SelfieID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SelfieID App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SelfieID app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SelfieID.

Fix SelfieID unable to contact server/ SelfieID internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SelfieID » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SelfieID » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SelfieID on android.
