About this app

An invoice that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement will be available through the web portal for your Virtual Care Anywhere account after each visit. 3.  At the beginning of your visit, the provider will determine whether your health concern is appropriate for virtual urgent care.  After every virtual visit, the Virtual Care Anywhere provider will write a personalized visit summary that outlines the visit, treatment recommendations and outcomes.  This visit summary is accessible at any time from your Virtual Care Anywhere account page.  However, a Virtual Care Anywhere visit is a qualified medical expense and you can typically use your HSA or FSA account to pay for it.  The Virtual Care Anywhere app brings the doctor visit to you – when and where you need it.  How does a virtual visit with Virtual Care Anywhere work?  Each Virtual Care Anywhere visit costs a flat fee of $35, always.  You can choose whether to share it (or not) with your primary care provider at the close of the visit.  Will my primary care provider receive my visit summary?  If you are an Apple Health user, you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit.  Virtual Care Anywhere is available to people of all ages, across the United States.  If you have flu-like symptoms and think you may have coronavirus, you may use a virtual visit as a method of screening.  Virtual visits are not available to those covered under a federal insurance program such as Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Tricare, unless you are specifically set up by your insurance plan administrator. 5.  Most insurance plans do not cover virtual health services at this time, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement.  It’s best to stay at home and seek care as soon as possible. • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. • Wash your hands often with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds.
