How to fix ThermoPlus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ThermoPlus app on iPhone
Update ThermoPlus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ThermoPlus iPhone app

Fix ThermoPlus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ThermoPlus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ThermoPlus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ThermoPlus app issues:

Force Stop the ThermoPlus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ThermoPlus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ThermoPlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ThermoPlus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ThermoPlus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ThermoPlus.

Fix ThermoPlus unable to contact server/ ThermoPlus internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ThermoPlus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ThermoPlus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ThermoPlus on android.
