Close and restart the Readmo app on iPhone
Update Readmo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Readmo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Readmo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Readmo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Readmo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Readmo app issues:

Force Stop the Readmo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Readmo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Readmo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Readmo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Readmo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Readmo.

Fix Readmo unable to contact server/ Readmo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Readmo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Readmo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Readmo on android.
