How to fix Fidger app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fidger app on iPhone
Update Fidger app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fidger iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fidger on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fidger network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Fidger not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fidger app issues:

Force Stop the Fidger App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fidger app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fidger to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fidger App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fidger app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fidger.

Fix Fidger unable to contact server/ Fidger internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fidger » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Fidger » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fidger on android.
